Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal tracking to ensure clinical stability and platform performance. We never sell session data to third parties.
1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you access Puga Trinicare modules. They help us recognize your clinical session and remember your facility preferences.
2. Essential Cookies
These are critical for the DigiCure and DigiCare authentication systems. They allow you to stay logged in while navigating between patient folders and laboratory diagnostics.
3. Analytics Cookies
We use anonymized telemetry to understand how healthcare facilities use our platform. This helps us optimize regional cloud nodes and predict clinical load spikes.
4. Managing Preferences
You can restrict or block cookies through your browser settings. However, doing so may restrict access to critical HIMS modules like the Pharmacy real-time inventory sync.
Zero-Trust Cookies
Every tracking token we issue is encrypted and tied to your facility's RBAC credentials. We follow the NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) guidelines for all digital medical sessions.
